You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use Filtered. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Not using the app for any illegal or harmful purposes

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our written consent.

• Using the app for harassment, abuse, or harm
• Impersonating others or submitting false information
• Uploading offensive or illegal content
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the app's operation
• Any form of nudity content shared between peers on the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

All content, branding, and technology in the app are owned by Filtered and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or other assets without permission.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or reliability. Use the app at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filteredshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Filtered offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features. These subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID/Google Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until that time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
